Making Math Meaningful with Games!

Help me give my students a variety of math games to make learning concepts like fractions, decimals, percentages, and integers more interactive and engaging.

My Project

In our 6th-grade math classroom, students are eager to participate when learning is hands-on and fun. Math games help reinforce important skills like problem-solving, number sense, and mathematical reasoning in a low-pressure environment. They also support collaboration, communication, and critical thinking—key skills that benefit every learner.

We’re seeking a variety of math games that cover essential 6th-grade topics, such as:

-Fractions, decimals, and percentages

-Integer operations

-Ratios and proportions

-Geometry and measurement

-Order of operations and equations

These resources allow me to create engaging math stations, support small-group instruction, and offer meaningful enrichment and remediation options. These tools will help me meet the needs of all learners, whether they need extra practice or crave a new challenge.
