Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come to school ready to learn daily. They enjoy hands-on activities. Their eagerness to learn something new is very impressive. My students are inquisitive, enthusiastic and I enjoy teaching them. I work in a charter school that also helps the community. They provide assistance to the homeless, help with foster care and provide medical services to the community. I am happy to be part of this school.

My Project

We are extremely excited! We have been given an opportunity to add engaging math activities to our math center. I teach a life skills class Pre-K thru 5th grade. I teach all contents. My students are eager to learn daily. They enjoy learning math and these manipulatives will make a big difference. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. I have seen how choice can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
