This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What can I say about middle school students that hasn't already been said? They are loving, kind, and thoughtful... when they want to be. They are often given a bad rap, but I have to remind myself that they are still just kids; they are learning how and who they want to be.

Kids are meant to push limits and although they can test my love at times, I want to provide everything I can for them.

Math may not be their favorite subject, but I strive to make my lessons relevant. I also provide tutoring throughout the school year for the sanity of both my students and parents. Please help me gain access to resources that push real world application and please help provide technology that will help in modeling problems.

It takes a village and I hope that you know that you will be contributing to a chapter in my students' lives. Thank you!
