Help me give my students the opportunity to listen to the social-emotional messages in the beautiful and well-written read-aloud which encourages cooperative learning, and allows students to publish their work in our classroom.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our first-grade class is a special place where all are welcome. Students will be inspired by the stories such as Magical Choices, where the children will learn about positive, conscious language, and will learn to know the importance of choosing to be responsible, calm, confident, fun, a good sport, forgiving, generous, and more! The children in our classroom will be given the opportunity to write and illustrate their own stories which are influenced by the fun rhymes that empower them to be responsible for their own happiness. Students will be able to store their work on their clipboards in the storage rack. They will be able to publish their work on our class printer with the much-needed ink that is needed to create our books.
