Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach special education preschool children ages 3 to 6. My students are working on motor, adaptive, social/emotional, cognitive and communication goals. Most students are learning to play with others and take turns. We work on basic skills like counting, learning their colors and shapes, recognizing their name, etc. My students love learning through play and hands on activities. These items will help my students by giving them hands on, engaging learning opportunities. They will be able to improve in all these areas and work on their individualized goals as well.
