My Students

I teach a precious, diverse group of students. I love that my students come to school each day eager to learn new things and challenge themselves. They are dedicated to their school work and making teaching fun!

I am blessed to teach in an area where bullying is not tolerated and students are taught tolerance and acceptance at an early age.

I adore teaching my students! My students come from a very mixed background socially, ethnically, and economically. Yet, they mix together as a classroom group beautifully.

My Project

Learning needs to be fun! When students are bored they do not learn and retain the information taught to them. One way we like to make learning fun in my classroom is through COLOR!

Whether it is writing notes, illustrating key vocabulary words, or simply making flashcards to study, my students enjoy using color.

They love to express themselves in bright, vibrant colors. These color pencils and markers will be great tools for them with their learning. My students will be the first to tell you that it is "more fun" to study and work when words are in color!

We also need a pencil sharpener to help keep our color pencils and normal pencils sharp and neat.
