This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

LMS is dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. Many of our students have Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and face learning disabilities that make traditional classroom settings challenging. To better support their diverse needs, we are hoping to get more tools like headphones, ear plugs, calculators, and line readers to best accommodate students. These resources will help reduce distractions and assist with processing information, enabling students to engage more fully and confidently in their lessons.

Making learning accessible isn’t just helpful — it’s essential for our students' success.

These tools empower students to focus, feel comfortable, and access the curriculum in ways that meet their unique learning styles.
