Making History Matter: Hands-On Lessons for Engaged Students

My Project

Purchasing a hands-on, Google-formatted curriculum will make a meaningful difference in student learning by increasing engagement, sparking curiosity, and promoting deeper understanding. My students are kind, capable young people, but many struggle with motivation and interest in traditional assignments. This project is designed to meet them where they are—bringing lessons to life with interactive, digital activities that are both accessible and exciting.

The goals of this project are to increase student engagement, build interest in academic content, and ultimately boost their academic success.

With tools like drag-and-drop organizers, embedded videos, and collaborative slides, students will be more involved in their learning, feel a sense of ownership, and develop confidence in their abilities. By shifting from passive to active learning, this curriculum has the power to re-energize my classroom and help every student discover that learning can be meaningful, relevant, and even fun.
