Help me give my students this 3D printer so they can have a suitable makers space so they can develop their STEM skills and have fun doing it at the same time! Help make their dreams a reality!
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. Swal's classroom raised $724

My Students
The students at WMS are a very diverse and accepting group of people. The students are always helping each other both inside and outside of the classroom. Students at our school are very deserving and show that on a daily basis.
WMS students are very enthusiastic learners when presented with a new project or problem.
This can be observed everywhere on campus, in the classroom, in the media center, or while studying the arts. WMS students are always up for a challenge.
My Project
This project is to help students develop their STEM skills by providing a 3D printer housed in a makers space in the media center.
Students in every science class and every technology class will have a chance to make and create projects directly related to what is being taught in the classroom
For example a classroom studying cell structure will be able to create a 3D print of a cell so they can see the cell structure up close. Building is just the beginning of learning.
This project will spark the curiosity and imagination of the students attending my school. This project will also assist the robotics program as well and increase STEM skills while at the same time having fun! This will eventually lead to students consider a career in the STEM field of work or ( Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics). Please consider this project as it will have a positive affect on the school as well as the whole community.
