The Art room is a place to make creative works of art. Sometimes that comes with making big messes! Supplying my students with appropriate coverage for both the tables and themselves will help their artistic processes.
Protecting tabletops with craft paper will extend the life of the art tables, and using disposable aprons will help protect student clothing, as well as make for easy cleanup between periods.
My students love to get fully involved in their projects, but limited time is available to make sure the room is prepared for the next students coming in to create. Craft paper and disposable aprons will be a great way to protect students and tables, in addition to helping with transition times.
