This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a wonderful group of third graders. They come to school ready and eager to learn; however, we are Title I school and have a high population of low income families, some of them are living at or near the poverty level. Because our families are on very limited budgets, some students don't have a backpack to hold their school supplies, yet our families love and care very much for their children and want the best education for them. Our students deserve to have every opportunity to be academically successful.

My Project

My third graders do a lot of typing and insert pictures, charts and graphs on their reports. It would be incredible if they could use a colored printer to print these out to be spectacular.

We have a classroom printer however the pictures come out blurry and unclear.

If we are lucky enough to get a colored printer, my students would be proud of their colorful reports. I would be able to use this colored printer for years to come. Please donate to my project to help my third graders produce quality reports and better prepare them for their academic future.
