My Students
My students are energetic, fun, and smart 7th at a Title 1 school in one of the fastest growing cities in NC. They need many things to make them successful and competitive as the other upper class public or private schools in the surrounding areas. They need materials that catch their eyes, make them want to learn more about social studies. My students are students that have to have visuals; the way they challenge their reading and writing skills is by reading, writing and questioning what is on the page before them. The students I teach need to be creative. Please help that creativity show!
My Project
Students learn best when they come into a room that is inviting and that has the necessary materials for them to learn. Students will use the materials provided to learn in new and exciting ways. An example of this is that students will be able to write on their desk with expos to solve math problems. Markers just make things more colorful. With these materials we are making no excuses for our future not to learn. The sky is the limit.
