Making a Colorful Impression

Help me give my students a printer that will create colorful resources for the classroom!

My Students

I will be teaching 3rd graders during the 2021-2022 school year. I want to make sure these students have every resource possible to set them up for success in our classroom. I have been told that these students are bright, inquisitive, and tender-hearted.

We are going to have a fabulous third-grade year!

My job is to primarily teach English Literacy and Social Studies to my students. With your help, we can create life-long learners.

My Project

If you were given the choice to watch a movie in color or black and white, what would you pick? Chances are, you would choose the colored option. The same principles that keep us engaged in a movie are the ones that apply to worksheets and printables in the classroom! Students love to be given bright and colorful worksheets to learn new concepts in the classroom.

With your help, I can print and provide engaging lessons for my students.

According to Shifte Learning, "studies have confirmed that 65 percent of the population are visual learners, graphics are key to engaging students. Visuals summarize content into smaller, and easier to process chunks." I have noticed that my own students are able to recall information more readily when they have seen it in color rather than in black and white text.

As you can see, together we can greatly impact my student's learning just by the press of a button!
