My Students
Do you want to spark ingenuity in the classroom? Give students the opportunity to explore technology in a creative way and they will be engaged in exploration and future thinking of new ideas. These are our future inventors! Help me provide this opportunity with the Makey Makey kit.
My school has a diverse group of learners.
There are families from different socioeconomic backgrounds, as well as ethnic backgrounds. Some children are ESL, and may not have parents at home that speak English. The Makey Makey supplies will allow for engaging 21st century skills to be used in the classroom. Education is important for all children, and exciting, engaging learning experiences with the Makey Makey kits will benefit learning.
My Project
Students can connect the three Makey kits using different materials, lending itself to inventive thinking. Through exploration, and play, they will naturally be learning the process of invention. The students will practice the scientific method each time they use these Makey kits!
Students need opportunities to learn by doing.
The impact on the students desire to explore will be exciting to watch, and will make a difference in their steps to becoming lifelong learners.
