Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
By providing these students with STEM materials and a makerspace corner of the classroom, they will foster innovation through hands-on learning and build critical thinking and problem-solving skills. During study hall and recess, students will have the opportunity to build with STEM materials to utilize time effectively.
It would be beneficial to both students and educators if we were able to establish a space in the classroom for students to use their free time this way and make a difference in their learning.
