My Students

My students are curious, enthusiastic, and creative! It is amazing what they can teach us when we let them. They are eager to immerse themselves in any kind of challenge. They must be prepared to think critically and use a variety of tools.

STEM learning will give them the skills they will need for the future.

Getting them started earlier will ignite a lifelong love of exploration and learning. Who doesn’t remember building volcanos and robots? After all, learning through play is more fun!

My Project

By having resources like the Magnetic Building Blocks and Lincoln Logs, students will be able to show their creativity and build independently and cooperatively. With the Make It Yourself books, students will have an opportunity to create paper based projects in a given topic. Now, wwhen they visit the media center, they will have opportunities to think outside the box, to create, to imagine.

Given the chance and the right tools, students can put their skills to play.

Imagine how fun it is to learn outside of the classroom! I look forward to guiding them in this fine learning experience, from our little ones in kindergarten all the way to our middle schoolers. This is just the beginning of our makerspace dream!
