This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal is create an in-classroom Makerspace for my students. The items for this project include robotics, engineering, and literacy for students to explore with novel engieering. It also includes storage items to keep our space neat and organized.

I want to create a space where students' inner genius come alive!

My students are special in their critical thinking, creativity, and desire to learn and engage with science in fun and meaningful ways. I want students to learn about coding and future careers in the field. When students experience new things early, they are more likely to feel confident and actively participate in certain activities outside of school.
