Our primary school building works throughout the year on building relationships, positive behaviors, and making the students feel seen using a whole school PBIS system. One fun incentive we do each year is to raffle off the gift of "time" with staff members and teachers.
We have a lot of "Swifties" in our school, so I decided to take advantage of their love for Taylor and make the whole place shimmer with a friendship bracelet bash!
The variety of beads will be used with their creativity to make the bracelets. The elastic string will be used to hold their creations together. The party favor kits will help create Taylor Swift Swag Bags, so that our VIPs go back to class shimmering with positivity. Utilizing positive behavior incentives carries over into a child’s willingness and eagerness to participate and learn in the school environment!
