Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my students are working hard to bring their writing to the next level. One strategy that has worked well is working through exemplar texts and highlighting the different functions of each sentence.
Having color coded resources makes such a difference for my students.
Many of them are English Language Learners who benefit greatly from the color coded resources. Unfortunately, in our building, teachers only have access to a shared black and white copier. With this project request, I will be able to print specific color coded materials for our small group writing stations.
My goal is to use this printer to provide students with the necessary resources for to help them grow!
