This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is so important for math to be hands on and visual for my students.

My students really need a document camera so that they can understand math concepts in a more visual and concrete way.

There were numerous times this past year that we have needed a document camera for modeling different math concepts such as fractions and place value. I need to use it to model for students, and I would like for my students to use it to display and explain their thinking to the rest of the class.

We have needed a document camera for a very long time. We need it to be wireless so that it can be taken around the room and used from anywhere in the classroom.
