Students go through paper quickly in the art room. They experiment with art materials each time we begin a learning unit. We draw, use watercolor and acrylic paint, and make prints. We make paper sculpture, where students learn paper folding and curling to make 3 dimensional forms.
It's been a good year in the art room and as I look at our supplies I see we have gone through a lot!
Our paper and markers are being used up very quickly. I hope to get more of each. I included organizer bins which will allow us to keep drawing supplies right on the tables. We need black paper for printmaking so students can use the white ink we have. It's been a great year so far and with your help, it promises to get even better!
