This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a classroom full of bright unique students, each with their own needs. My kids are funny, sweet, loud and kind. I have 19 tiny minds, that are constantly growing and developing. Each one of my students are unique in their own way. In my classroom I have future, "coffee makers", "police officers", "teacher", "astronaut" and even someone who aspires to be "Martin Luther King Jr." and these are just a few.

I am teaching the future generation.

My Project

With your donation, you are helping me fund learning materials and tools that will not only enhance my students learning, but provide them with materials that are not teacher made. I teach at a title 1 school, most of our families are of low income. Flexible seating is an important addition to any modern classroom, and mine is lacking in these option for my students. I want to be able to provide a variety of materials that will allow for alternative seating. With the centers included in my wish list I look forward to creating a fun learning environment that my kids can appreciate.
