My Project
We are excited to be moving into a new space next year at the new FHNHS. While the students are going to have a great, new space to be in, we are working to outfit the space with gear, and since we've never had a real studio before, the list of things needed is pretty large.
This Donors Choose project is to get an audio board that we can use in the studio control room to have strong audio with the show.
We are excited about some of the visual elements we have in the new space and would like to make sure the audio is on par with all of that.
This Rodecaster Audio Production Board will help give students the chance to level up their learning of audio in video productions. They will learn not only how to set up tech gear properly, but also how to work with the controls and software on the board to ensure audio quality of their productions is strong. While this will help the overall production they are creating sound better, it will be a great first exposure to audio production for many of these students. This will give them another tool to stick in their tool belts of things they know and some might even find they really like it and decide to take their knowledge of the audio production field even further, possibly to college or a future career.
