Help me give my students access to digital distance learning resources to help motivate and engage them to participate in distance learning activities.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My student's last day in the classroom was March 13. By the end of the academic school year, they will have missed an entire quarter. More than three-quarters of my students are from low income and fight for a chance to be on level, due to their economic struggles.
My students are kind, thoughtful, and empathetic leaders who are building academic skills and social skills virtually that will help them become independent learners and thinkers through their experiences, inquiry, and action as they navigate our new normal of distance learning.
My Project
My students need digital interactive opportunities throughout distance learning to connect with their me and their peers and to successfully participate in classroom activities. Digital interactive opportunities will help my students focus, control their body, and support their independence throughout the school day to increase their academic achievement and social engagement as we navigate the new normal of distance learning.
Your donation will not only help improve and increase my students' confidence with digital interactive activities during distance learning, you will ultimately assist to increase their academic achievement.
Teachers Pay Teachers has digital interactive activities that can be used on a computer, smart board, tablet or cell phone. The digital interactive activities can be used independently or with support. The digital interactive activities include a parent letter, data sheets, access to SeeSaw, Google Classroom, and interactive PDFs that are self-correcting. Digital interactive opportunities are essential during distance learning for teachers to meet their students at their individual learning levels.
