My Project
The resources that I am requesting for my after-school cooking club will help students understand how to create healthy meals and develop their life skills. I am requesting cookbooks, a popcorn maker, chef hats, aprons, and a hot dog maker.
The cookbooks would help me experience new recipes with the students.
I would love my after-school students to learn how to cook various foods and then have the opportunity to eat the food and take the leftovers home to share with their families. The after-school cooking club will allow the students to learn recipes while also getting to prepare healthy meals.
We meet twice a month after school for two hours each day. The resources will assist in making this a wonderful experience for the students.
