it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom is for students with significant needs. They learn best with hands-on materials, that they can interact with.
My students with special needs benefit from colorful materials, they can manipulate, write on, and use regularly to help with their learning.
The printer would allow me to create personalized materials that my students need. Our curriculum has a lot of resources for students with significant special needs, from recipes, money lessons, job skills, telling time, life skills, science labs, reading, and many more fun activities. The materials are great because they often allow students to work on the same skills, at levels appropriate for them. However, the materials are best used if in color.
