My Project
Why play Monopoly to learn accounting and business finance? Most students are familiar with the game!
Help my students learn through hands-on basic comparative financial analysis while learning accounting, finance, and teamwork all at the same time!
This will help students understand and retain the content, improving my students' chances of success in accounting and business finance classes!
By using Monopoly as a learning tool, students gain a physical sense of cash going in and going out. Students will journalize and post transactions, create balance sheets and income statements, and an Annual Report to Shareholders.
