Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom needs a large TV monitor and stand to help my students see the instruction. The tables in the classroom are fixed to the ground and students that sit in the back of the room cannot see the small monitor at the front of the classroom. The greater challenge is that the students sitting in the middle and some in the front cannot see the information being presented on the small monitor.
I teach Computer Science and Robotics which require me to share my desktop with the students so that they can compare their codes to mine.
During the process of debugging, it is important for the students to see codes and I have zoomed into the screen to the point where I cannot zoom in any further without being able to read the codes. I have tried rearranging my students in different configurations, but I always come up short with helping all the students.
Your donation of this TV and stand will help all my students learn and develop a passion for coding and building robots. Being able to see an example is the first step towards developing new products. With your help, my students will be able to see their education improve exponentially.
