Help me give my students magnifying glasses and reading frames to enlarge their readings due to vision impairment.

My Project
There is a 35% count of our student body who have some form of vision impairment. We have in-school resources to provide free pair of glasses vouchers but all are not serviced due to a student capacity cap per month. Others who may not recieve a voucher are placed on a waiting list for weeks leading to months. In the meantime, these students are having difficulty reading a simple reading passage, directions on the board, or not able to read printed signs located around our school building for safety or daily class transition. With the use of the handheld magnifying glasses or paged reading magnifiers will assist those without glasses with a temporary fix to use during class instructions on loan until they recieve their own pair of reading, prescribed glasses.
Some students who used a magnifying glass are not embarrassed or shamed in using a handheld vision device.
These devices helps to build their self-confidence that increaes their reading abilities. Plus, they are more engaged in class instruction which can cut down on class interruptions.
