Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Due to COVID, my students are struggling with math and reading. In order to help my students grow, I am asking for assistance in purchasing math manipulatives to help my students with hands on learning. The students are more engaged and focused when they can actually "experience" the math. It becomes more meaningful and solidifies their learning. I am also asking for books that will help to motivate my students to want to read a variety of different books. I want my students to develop a love of reading this school year.
