My Project
As a second year educator, I have a little more knowledge regarding the scholars in which I have the privilege to serve. I will mimic my efforts of meeting the diverse needs of my scholars as in the previous year. I will focus on the mission and core values of our school with a strong foundation rooted in academic rigor, community activism, and resilience. The goal is to meet the needs of every scholar. Our passion is to create and foster sincere teacher/student relationships, and to concentrate on the “whole child.” At our school the goal is to positively impact the next generation of thinkers as they pursue a life of serving others.
We will attack the fundamentals of Mathematical concepts such as Addition and Subtraction, which are the portals for Multiplication and Division.
Serving as the 3rd through 5th grade Math Interventionist, I will partner with homeroom teachers to redeliver content in a more individualized method tailored to the needs of the student. Using flashcards for fluency or base ten blocks to teach regrouping, the goal is content mastery.
