Magnificent Magnet Blocks

My Project

These blocks will help support my students in their play skills and learning to play with their peers. They will be used in free play as well as small group learning time to teach play skills. In addition to that, they also help with my students fine motor skills, color identification, and shape identification.

Magnet blocks spark imaginative and cooperative play!

We currently have a small set in my classroom and they are well loved! I want to add more to the collection to extend their play and creativity. These blocks also include people, animals, and dinosaurs. Those items will go beyond just building and allow them to create habitats, places, or anything else that they come up with.

My classroom is an intensive needs preschool classroom that serves students ages 3-5 with significant developmental delays. I have a range of developmental levels and these blocks make it easy for all of my students to build, even those with delayed motor skills.
