My Project
My students are wonderfully versatile. They’ve had a rough time learning due to COVID complications. They have worked hard to get to where they are today. Due to many, many circumstances, this year’s second grade class is widely varied in ability levels. I found early on that most all learning would have to be done with small groups. I’ve created a system that I believe helps to meet the varied needs of my students. Due to large class size and not enough room, we have to make due with having small groups in our class library. I recently received a magnetic white board to help facilitate learning in this area. Now, I’d like to provide my students with resources that we can utilize to make small group learning even more successful. Manipulatives are so helpful for student learning. These magnetic resources would be a wonderful tool for every level of learning in my room.
