This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are requesting a set of magnets and science-themed books to create an engaging, hands-on learning experience for our elementary students. Magnets are an excellent tool for teaching key science concepts such as force, motion, and attraction, while also supporting fine motor skills and collaborative exploration. Paired with books that explain magnetism and related STEM topics in age-appropriate ways, these materials will help students make meaningful connections between reading and real-world science. This interactive approach fosters curiosity, supports multiple learning styles, and encourages deeper understanding. Your support will help make science exciting, accessible, and fun for all students.
