Help me give my students the Giant Magnetic Visual Models Chart, Giant Magnetic Graph Array Chart, EasyRead Rulers, and Building Math Skills Write Wipe Boards.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My third grade students are eager to continue to learn during remote learning. They are energetic and very curious about everything. They love to express themselves in writing, drawing, coloring, and painting. My students are discovering the world through books and now through technology.
They meet all challenges with a positive attitude and a belief that everything is possible.
My students are primarily English language learners and their primary language is Spanish. I teach in a low-socioeconomic community where resources are limited.
My Project
Learning math on zoom was very difficult this year. Even though my students were engaged in the lessons, they still had a difficult time understanding how some of the concepts.
Third grade math is definitely very challenging!
The Giant Magnetic Graph Array Chart and Graphing Chart Pad will make understanding math a lot easier. What is the product of 6 x 8? Let's draw an array!
The Building Math Skills Write Wipe Boards will be a great tool when students need to draw number lines for math. They can draw the problems and then raise their boards to show the result. My students will truly be motivated to do math every day!
