Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to use hands on materials for their learning in second grade. These foam magnetic letters will be good for making words independently. Having a class set of magnetic letters, enables each student to have their own set of letters.
Learning to read with hands on materials is so important!
Each student will able to follow along with my lesson, manipulating their letters quickly to form words.
Having these letters will improve my teaching which in turn improves my students' learning! Our school does not have the budget to cover the cost of these letters so your donation will make this happen for my students.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
