This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My sweet students come to school with a desire to learn and explore and a need to learn how to work together in a school community! Because of the lack of socialization over the last two years, we are re-imagining how to help our students learn and be able to socialize at the same time.
This project will help fund new Magna-Tile sets to help promote imagination, discovery, and language.
Magna-tiles are a HUGE favorite in our classroom, and every day students create new ways to use them and build. These new sets will help students work together to create imaginative stories based on the animals. The Astrobright paper will finish our collection of the rainbow for other STEM activities and free exploration. I am so excited to see what they will create and build with these new sets!
