Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Math centers will help me create an exciting and fun learning experience for my students. Providing hands-on activities will help motivate my students and increase classroom participation. I am looking for items to help increase student engagement while teaching a diverse classroom.

My third-grade students are eager to solve problems.

I believe providing my students with hands-on materials and activities in math will help provide them with the foundation they need in order to be successful throughout their math journey.

I teach in an inclusive school and my students have a wide range of ability. With your help, I will be able to provide all my students with a concrete understanding of number concepts and math skills. I believe children learn best when they are motivated and excited about learning. I cannot wait to watch my students soar during their math rotations.

My Project

Students will use math games to increase their understanding and development of important math concepts. My students will be provided with meaningful learning opportunities by using games and manipulatives.

The donations to this project will help my students improve their problem-solving skills and will help them develop a love for mathematics.

It is important for my students to have opportunities work with their peers while learning important math concepts. By implementing math centers my students will become life-long learners. Since I teach in a Title 1 school with a wide range of needs, this project will make a huge difference in the life of my students.
