My Students

My students are 21st century students. They are learning to become problem solvers and thinkers.

Due to the pandemic, my students are all Virtual Learners who are working hard to meet their academic goals.

They have chosen an environment to keep them safe.

My students come from all around our county, and we have a diverse population that we are trying to reach. We have students who come from wealthy homes to students that come from very low incomes. It is quite a challenge to reach them all.

My Project

In the midst of the pandemic, some students still have not found their way back to school buildings. My students have chosen to stay virtual and learn from home to stay safe.

While virtual students are working hard, they do not get the same recognition that students in the building get.

Having a reward while helps to motivate students to do better. While I would love to take them on field trips and have ice cream and pizza parties for these students, it is impossible to make that happen. I would love to be able to send them gift cards when they meet goals and expectations to reward them for their hard work.
