This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I remember when science and math used to consist of putting a pencil to paper. Now students are faced with a new way of learning, and it is essential to have access to new technology in order to keep up with the demands of literacy and critical thinking in education.

My students are eager and hardworking learners that are part of the AVID program for college preparation.

Although they face daily challenges they are always ready to learn something new that prepares them for a successful future. They take initiative and come to school ready to delve into collaborative learning. They receive instruction in different areas of math, science, and literacy.

My Project

This Apple Magic Keyboard folio case will enhance the use of the iPad Pro by converting it into a powerful word processing tool. Having an interactive experience during instruction is of the highest importance at this time of distance learning and this is what will happen with the ability to navigate technology in a much more practical manner.

This powerful tool will give me and the students access to more effective shortcuts and tools that are available on the iPad Pro.

Having keyboard access will be of great advantage as I deliver instruction from home. This amazing tool will also be of great benefit for my students once we get back into the physical classroom.
