Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
To foster a nurturing learning environment, I am excited to develop a Calming Corner with carefully chosen resources designed to support their emotional and educational needs.
The Delta Children Cozee Flip-Out Sherpa Convertible Sofa and Delta Children Cozee Sherpa Chair will offer comfortable, flexible seating that invites relaxation and focus.
These pieces create a cozy retreat where students can calm down or refocus, promoting emotional well-being and a positive learning attitude.
The multitude of tactile materials in addition to the soft furnishings will create a calming atmosphere that captures their imagination and establishes a peaceful environment.
This tranquil space will help students feel secure and focused while developing their social-emotional and self-regulation skills.
