My Project
One of my favorite things about teaching Kindergarten is watching the growth that takes place throughout the school year. Kindergarteners LOVE to learn new things! The are passionate and have so much energy! One of their favorite ways to learn is through hands-on activities. I have seen first hand how enchanted children become when playing with traditional Magna-Tiles. They love them so much. It really is like magic to them because the tiles instantly stick together. They promote lots of creativity and imagination in little learners. The sets of Lakeshore Learning Magna-Tiles I am requesting for my class are unique. Each set includes goals we are working to achieve in Kindergarten. These include: Letter Recognition, Phonics Skills, Name Building, Number Recognition and Counting. I would greatly appreciate your help!
