My Project
The collection of books ranging from magical Harry Potter adventures to lively poems and the humorous There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed series will be used as engaging read-alouds, small group resources, and independent reading materials. These books will support our third graders in building fluency, reading with expression, and deepening comprehension. Whether laughing through a silly rhyme or journeying through an adventurous story, students will experience reading as joyful and meaningful.
Our students are resilient, determined, and eager to grow and take pride in reaching academic goals, and genuinely enjoy getting lost in a good book.
This collection will shape our classroom culture by sparking curiosity, encouraging thoughtful conversations, and helping students make personal connections to texts. With every page turned, students will grow as confident, expressive readers, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of reading.
