All students are different and the teachers and I work hard to meet the needs of every learner in our building. In the last few months of school, we are striving to support independent learners and thinkers.

When we return to the new school year, students are going to need real information while learning to read. They are also going to need social-emotional learning opportunities.

When we are learning about reading in small groups these magazines help facilitate authentic conversations while still allowing me to teach reading skills that are keys to reading comprehension and learning.
