This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

All of the students in my class are English language learners who have low-income families.

They come from hardworking families.

It is a low performing school, but we have been improving the past few years. The students in my class love being in school every day and I love teaching them. They are so excited to learn this year and I am so excited to teach it.

My Project

I would like to get an Acer monitor to help me with virtual teaching and learning on Zoom.

It is difficult for me to present my lessons or share my screen and see all of my students simultaneously on my laptop screen.

The Acer monitor will help me see all of my students while on Zoom and when I share my screen.

Providing this monitor will definitely make a huge impact on my students and me. I want to provide my students with the best education I can give them during these difficult times. Please help me get the tools I need to make teaching and learning more effective.
