My Project
I have a group of students on my caseload that have been struggling with behavior and have been typically earning discipline referrals every week. We have tried various interventions, but where having trouble finding something to motivate them. We have been meeting to weekly grade checks and discuss behavior goals.
If the students are discipline referral free all week they are invited to my office to play on the PlayStation during their Friday flex period.
I told them if they did not get a discipline referral for an entire month we could get a new (nonviolent) video game of their choice. They chose Madden NFL 2025! I also provide them with a healthy treat as a reward and we need a vacuum to clean up after ourselves!
