This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a wonderful group of Kindergarten students who are eager to learn new things every day. Currently I use technology to help my students stay engaged by using videos, Google Slides, and PowerPoint. With having one computer in the room, it is hard for me to leave examples on the board when I'm running small groups because I have to disconnect from the front monitor.

With your donations, I would be able to use the new Macbook Pro in small groups for reading, ELA, and math activities.

My students will use this MacBook Pro to listen to videos and songs to help them build their vocabulary, view and read books online to increase their reading comprehension. I will also be able to use it to assess my students monthly.
