My students are a wonderful group of bright, hard-working and inquisitive kids who amaze me daily with their ongoing efforts and abilities to rise to the challenges of Distance Learning. When Distance Learning began, I quickly learned that the computer that the district provided struggled to handle a Zoom call where I could see all of my students along with other interactive online tools and videos at the same time without crashing. Thankfully, I was able to use my personal MacBook Air that I purchased several years ago to run my Zoom classes, however, my personal MacBook Air is starting to have issues and I'm worried that it may not make it much longer.
We need a MacBook Air for Distance Learning so that our calls will not get disconnected when presenting online interactive lessons.
My Project
The current laptop that our school provides is not powerful enough to run Zoom and present interaction online information at the same time. Additionally, the screen does not allow me to see very many students from the class while I am presenting. Thankfully I have been able to use my personal laptop for classes, however it is starting to have some issues and I am worried that it may not last much longer.
My students need me to use a MacBook Air for Distance Learning for the best quality of presentations.
