This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is targeted towards feeding students in my school. This project will allow students to have a safe place to get food throughout the day. Many of my students are unable to get food at home and are hungry throughout the day. It is difficult for them to concentrate in class when they are focused on eating.

The goal of this project is to reach as many students as I can who are hungry throughout the day with the Instant Cups of Noodles.

My classroom is a safe space for many students to come and grab a snack throughout the day. This project is meant to fund Instant Cups of Noodles and other for students. I work in a Title I school, and many students are on free and reduced-price lunch. This project is important to me because I never want a student to go hungry. This is the one item majority of my students ask for on a daily basis.

My students are so special to me and I hope by funding this project, students feel like they have a safe space to go to when they feel hungry. My students are bright and have so much potential. They just need assistance. When students are fed, they can concentrate in class and be their most productive selves.
