Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Lunar New Year is coming up. I would love for my students to learn about this important celebration. I'm requesting Brain Pop Jr. to have access to age-appropriate videos about diverse New Year celebrations. The TPT resource will give us access to New Year celebration activities around the world, activities that align with grade-level standards. The digital clock will help with New Year time around the world, a math activity. The New Year books will be for our classroom library, where students can go read about diverse holidays. Lastly, the stress balls will help stay engage during activities and meet their UDL needs.
